Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your FaithLens data at any time. The easiest path is inside the app, and you can also contact us directly if you need help.

1. Delete Your FaithLens Account in the App

  1. Sign in to your FaithLens account.
  2. Open My Account.
  3. Go to the account or subscription section.
  4. Select Close Account or Permanently Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email contact@faithlens.ca from the address tied to your account and request account deletion.

3. What Will Be Deleted

  • Your FaithLens account profile and preferences.
  • Your generated reflections and related activity records, subject to limited legal, billing, security, or fraud-prevention retention requirements.
  • Google Sign-In data associated with your FaithLens account.

4. Google and YouTube Access

  • If you used Google Sign-In, you can also revoke FaithLens access directly from your Google account permissions page.
  • If a team-managed YouTube channel was connected for private draft publishing, revoke the app's Google access and notify us so stored publishing credentials can be removed or rotated.

5. Processing Time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law or a longer period is necessary for limited legal, tax, billing, or security obligations.
