Our trauma-aware pledge
When the news involves loss, injury, or tragedy, FaithLens promises that the Bible verse we pair with that story will never echo the cause of the suffering. A verse offered without awareness of what someone is grieving can wound instead of comfort, so avoiding that is a rule we built into how FaithLens chooses Scripture.
Every reflection that involves trauma, death, or serious harm goes through a mandatory verse-selection process: name the cause words in the story, check the full verse for any echo of them, and choose verses about God's nearness, comfort, and peace in completely different language. AI is not infallible, so if a reflection ever feels wrong, write us at contact@faithlens.ca.
